:- 5.0 out of 5 stars from nolachrissy -- Life-changing Energy Work : I’ve been a client of Kim’s for years, and I know how life-changing and downright miraculous her methods can be, but reading detailed descriptions of how to incorporate the program into my own life on a daily basis is really bringing some clarity to how I can start changing my life every day. I just got the book a few days ago and have already had a profound realization about something from my childhood that’s been holding me back financially. I started working on that one thing specifically and, completely unexpectedly, I got a raise yesterday! Kim Bellisimo has finally taken decades of her practice and experience and put it into a book to share her amazing Energy Works method with the world. I can’t wait for the audiobook to come out. - 5.0 out of 5 stars from cecile hardy -- Kim's work is life changing : I could go on and on about Kim, her work, how she has helped me and several members of my family and lots of friends overcome obstacles in our lives. Kim and I live on different coasts and have actually never met in person, but we do remote Energy Works sessions. These sessions started transforming my life for the better after my first session. I have been asking Kim for years to please write a book so that I could keep it next to my bed and I could make notes in it to help me remember the things that I need to be practicing daily to make the most out of what I have learned from her. I am so excited I finally have her book. I also gifted her book to many friends and family members. Now, about the book itself, Kim's book has taught me so much about the backspace, where our energy is stuck and stored, and how to use the blocks in the backspace as fuel to create my dreams and wishes now. When something bad or disappointing would happen in my life, I would get overwhelmed and stuck. Now I see what I don't want as an opportunity to create my new life. It is easy to feel like things won't work out or that my dreams won't come true when I hit a block. But the more I clear my old negative pictures of myself and my behavior patterns, I realize that I can have the reality I want. Everyone can't stop focusing on problems and talking about the threats about what's going wrong. Reading this book allowed me to use that energy and move it to a creative solution. She teaches the reader how to NOT be overtaken by other people's chaos and negativity.
